Northbrook Church

Northbrook Church in the Village of Richfield, Wisconsin put an addition onto its parish and needed the site revised with additional parking.

M Squared Engineering, LLC (M²) was retained by Groth Design Group to perform engineering design services for the parking lot addition on the 31.6-acre site. M² developed the site design, which consisted of grading plans, erosion control plans, and incorporated the Village of Richfield’s design standards and guidelines.

The scope of the project included preliminary grading, stormwater, and utility plans. Final design plans entailed incorporating all preliminary design plans into the final design, finalizing the stormwater management report and plans, and finalizing construction documents.
