Teutonia Ave. & Bradley Rd. Intersection

M Squared Engineering, LLC (M²) teamed with Ayres and Associates on this urban roadway and intersection reconstruction and reconditioning project for Milwaukee County.  In collaboration with Milwaukee County, the Village of Brown Deer, and the City of Milwaukee, this project involved replacing an existing signalized intersection with a proposed roundabout to enhance safety and efficiency.  M²’s responsibilities included developing plats for the properties with right-of-way impacts, storm sewer, and stormwater management analysis and design, development of the Stormwater Report, development of the Storm Sewer Plan and Profile Sheets, and producing a project quantity estimate.
